Pennilane Webb Carlisle, Research Analyst for Lauer Johnson Research, joined the firm in 2002. As coordinator of all field activities, Pennilane works with our phone banks, sampling houses and focus group facilities to manage all aspects of data collection for the firm. She also oversees all in-house data processing, including sample management and production of toplines, crosstabs and charts.

Before joining Lauer Johnson Research, Pennilane worked as an intern in the Clinton White House Press Office and with Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Ohio. She has also volunteered and worked for the campaigns of numerous Democratic candidates in Ohio, including Congressman Ted Strickland (OH-6).

Pennilane earned a B.S. degree in Political Communications from Ohio University and is attending Cleveland State University to earn a Master's in Applied Communication Theory and Methodology. Originally from Youngstown, OH, Pennilane now resides in Cleveland Heights, Ohio with her husband Seamus.
